Frequently Asked Questions

Please note any questions emailed to us which are answered here will not be replied to, this cuts down on the number of staff hours we need so we can continue to offer our products for free.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Overall full delivery timescales are 10-60 working days to arrive but typical shipping times are 5-20 working days. Delivery timescales can take longer during busy times of the year so it may be necessary to allow longer during these busy periods. Order Processing times can be 2-3 working days before the order is ready for shipping.
 
 Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?
A. We may ship items out individually so that you receive the items quicker, and also to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive, just that they may arrive separately.
 
Q. Is there anyway I can track my order or make sure it has been processed?
A. We do not offer live tracking and delivery is 10-60 working days, but the latest updates on any order can be checked on the My Orders page which will give you updates about your order: My Orders
 
Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay?
A. With any Free Products, We only ask customers to cover the small packaging and shipping costs to ship their order (around £10.99 to anywhere in the world). Divine Styling cannot be held responsible for any customs charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay any extra costs. 
 
Q. How can you offer free products?
A. We order a vast amount of products every week, this allows us to get the lowest possible price. We also have special rates with our logistics partners which ensure we keep shipping and packaging charges to a minimum.
 
Q. Why do you give your products away for free?
A. One of our goals at Divine Styling has always been to make the latest fashionable and stylish products available for everyone and sometimes we are able to offer this as part of a promotional offer.
 
Q. Are there any other rules around ordering your free products?
A. If ordered with full price products, the shipping cost will still be charged for each free item ordered even though the full priced items may be described as having free shipping. A maximum of 70 free products can be ordered at any one time. If you require more than this then a separate order will have to be placed and the shipping cost will apply to each free product that is ordered. No Free products can be returned.
 
Q. Where will my order be dispatched from?
A. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Asia, this allows us to skip out any unnecessary overheads and pass on our discounts directly to customers.
 
Q. Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are fulfilled by our central service center and will reach you via your local postal service for your area. All free items are not tracked so please allow the full timescales as quoted for delivery which is 10-60 working days.
  
Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?
A. We value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
 
Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site, will you have access to my bank details?
A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Divine Styling itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.
 
Q. Can I return any items that I have purchased?
A. Yes certainly items can be returned but only if the item is faulty, if it is just down to change of mind then we are sorry but we cannot accept these products back. Any returns postage must be covered by the customer.  No Free items can be returned.
 
Q. I have not received my email confirmation of my order what do I do?
A. Our notification emails can sometimes find their way into your email providers spam folder. Please ensure that you check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
 
Q. Can I change the details I entered for my order such as delivery address or name on the parcel?
A. Once an order is placed no details can be amended in any order
 
 Q. Can I cancel an order for free items?
A. Unfortunately, orders for free items are not able to be canceled
 
Q. Are your gold items real solid gold?
A. No all of our gold items are gold plated only
